Image Server application
Image Server application employing ASTA server component. The
Image Server application provides the following key function:
- Listen for and respond to Palm OS Client Request.
- Retrieve server stored jpeg images requested by the client
application.
- Format images for Palm delivery. The current format allows
for 256 colors and 16 shades of gray. Raw images that do not meet
this format are converted as necessary.
- Package and send image data packets to the Palm OS client
application.
